Terms of Service

1. The service

BlastRadius aggregates publicly-announced concert events from third-party data sources (including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, and Setlist.fm) and lets you follow artists, set a geographic radius around your home, and receive notifications when tracked artists schedule shows nearby. Some features require a free account; some require a paid subscription (the "Headliner" tier).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlastRadius. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@blastradius.live of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts use the "Opener" tier with no payment required. The "Headliner" tier is a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our merchant of record. You will see "Paddle" or "Paddle.com" on your bank or card statement.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from My Account → Billing or via the link included in any payment receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Headliner access until that date, then your account reverts to Opener.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service except via documented APIs and within stated rate limits.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, or rate-limiting controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute concert data obtained from the service.
• Use the service to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Concert data and accuracy

Concert event details (dates, venues, lineup, ticket links, prices) are sourced from third parties. While we work to surface accurate, deduplicated information, we do not guarantee that any event detail is complete, current, or correct. Always confirm event details and ticket prices with the official ticketing source before traveling or making non-refundable purchases.

BlastRadius is not the seller of any concert tickets, is not affiliated with any venue, artist, or promoter, and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or fulfillment of tickets sold by third parties.

6. Intellectual property and user content

BlastRadius and its underlying software, design, branding, and original content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms.

Public content you submit (such as event reports, reviews, or attendance markers) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use it as necessary to operate the service.

Photos you upload to your private collections (such as the Headliner merch tracker) remain yours and are visible only to you when signed in. We do not display or share these uploads with other users or third parties.

By uploading any content, you agree that the content does not violate applicable law. We use automated systems to detect prohibited content at upload time; uploads our classifier flags are rejected at the time of upload and never stored. Classification results — whether accepted or rejected — are logged for service safety and our internal audit purposes. We reserve the right to remove uploaded content and to suspend or terminate accounts associated with content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered on time or at all.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlastRadius and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if continued operation would expose us or other users to legal, security, or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
