Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying BlastRadius Headliner. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

1. 14-day refund window

First-time Headliner subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. The 14-day window applies once per customer and starts on the date of the initial subscription charge.

After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time — see "Cancellation without a refund" below.

2. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions follow the same 14-day window measured from the initial purchase. After the window closes, the remainder of the annual term is non-refundable, but you keep Headliner access through the end of the period you've paid for.

3. Renewal charges

Renewal charges (the second and subsequent billing cycles) are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

We will continue to honor a refund request for an unused renewal period if you contact us within 7 days of an unintended renewal — for example, if you forgot to cancel and didn't use Headliner features during the new period. This is an exception, not an entitlement, and is handled case by case.

4. Cancellation without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Account → Billing, via the link in any Paddle payment receipt, or by emailing support@blastradius.live. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately and you retain Headliner access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Your account then reverts to the free Opener tier.

5. How to request a refund

The fastest path:

  1. Email support@blastradius.live from the email address on your BlastRadius account. Include your Paddle order number from the receipt if you have it.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can also request a refund directly via Paddle's hosted customer portal — the link is in every Paddle payment receipt.

6. EU/UK consumers

If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital services contract within 14 days of purchase. By beginning to use Headliner features during the 14-day window, you acknowledge that this right is consumed once the service has been fully performed (i.e., once you've used a Headliner feature). You may still request a refund within 14 days under our policy above regardless of feature usage.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost both parties money and take longer to resolve than a direct refund. Accounts with chargebacks issued outside our refund window may be suspended.

8. Exceptions

We may deny a refund request in cases of:

  • Repeated subscribe-then-refund patterns from the same person or payment method.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Suspected fraud, account sharing, or misuse.
